Amman, August 2025: The College of Advanced Vocational Training in Jordan (CAVT) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Center for Culture and Arts (NCCA), introducing specialized training programs that utilize theater techniques to enhance life skills for trainers and graduating students.
The partnership aims to empower participants by developing their skills in critical areas such as effective communication, critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving through innovative strategies drawn from the performing arts. By fostering these essential competencies, the initiative is poised to bolster the preparedness of trainees for the job market, while unlocking their potential across a wide range of professional sectors.
The project also features the production of interactive theater performances that will tour schools, civil society organizations and vocational training centers, showcasing the importance of vocational work and its positive impact on development and the economy at large.
