The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing department in executing campaigns and projects aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales. This role involves market research, content creation, campaign analysis, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks and document progress and report issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and logs.
- Collaborate with the project manager to forecast project risks and mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee and manage contractors from the RFP stage through to the receipt and inspection of deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or project engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and quality assurance standards.
- Experience on-site in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
- OSHA certification or safety training credentials.
- Working knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
- Split between office and construction site environments.
- May require travel to multiple project sites.
- Must adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
- May involve extended hours based on project needs.
