The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing department in executing campaigns and projects aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales. This role involves market research, content creation, campaign analysis, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and advertising.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and external agencies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and paid advertising efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
- Proficient in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, CMS platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
