- Administer and interpret aptitude, personality, interest, and skill assessments (e.g., MBTI, Holland Code, etc.).
- Evaluate clients’ strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
- Career Planning
- Help individuals explore career options and set realistic goals.
- Assist in creating action plans for short- and long-term career development.
- Education and Training Guidance
- Advise on courses, certifications, and educational pathways aligned with career goals.
- Provide guidance on college admissions or vocational training.
- Job Search Assistance
- Resume/CV writing support, interview coaching, and job search strategies.
- Connect clients with job opportunities, internships, or industry professionals.
- Workshops and Seminars
- Conduct career-related workshops in schools, colleges, or organizations.
- Topics might include resume building, personal branding, and workplace skills.
- Monitoring and Follow-Up
- Track client progress and provide ongoing support.
- Adjust career plans as needed based on changing goals or job market trends.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and active listening
- Strong analytical and assessment abilities
- Knowledge of labor market trends and job roles
- Coaching or mentoring experience
- Organizational and documentation skills
