Administrator / Coordinator – Quality Assurance Department Pearson-BTEC

  • Liaise admitted CAVT student information with the Quality Assurance Director / Quality Nominee.
  • Share the annual program calendar with registered learners and audit registration details using the CAVT enrollment system.
  • Ensure accurate learner registration data is submitted to Quality Assurance Director / Quality Nominee and audit it against CAVT systems.
  • Coordinate internal verification procedures across all CAVT-accredited programs.
  • Ensure registration data is accurate and follow proper amendment procedures if needed.
  • Verify learners’ names at registration for correct printing on certificates.
  • Provide a verified list of eligible learners for certification; follow all Pearson certification guidelines.
  • Adhere to internal SOPs for certificate release and maintain a shared folder for archiving released certificates.
  • Liaise with program leaders at CAVT to track program schedules and updates in coordination with the Quality Assurance Director / Quality Nominee.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Director / Quality Nominee in collecting data for the Annual Program Monitoring Review (APMR) report.
  • Participate in training sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Director / Quality Nominee of Registration to track learner status changes (registration, transfer, withdrawal, deferral, clearance, etc.) and report any updates.

Technical and Administrative Skills:
  • Familiarity with Pearson Edexcel standards and academic QA processes
  • Proficiency in data entry, assessment tracking, and student record management
  • Experience with LMS, SIS, and academic information systems
  • Audit documentation and database management skills
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Diplomacy and conflict resolution abilities

Bachelor degree in any related field.

Minimum two years in QA administrative role.
