Industrial Mechanics Technician for Production, Maintenance, and Repairs (Level 5)
Technicians for Industrial Mechanics are responsible for the assembly, maintenance and repair of technical devices, machines and systems in manufacturing companies. They also monitor the production process.
Industrial Mechanics and Piping Systems Technician (Level 5)
Industrial Mechanics and Piping Systems Technicians specialize in the production of pressure pipelines used for transporting substances such as water, gas, oil, chemicals and wastewater. They also perform repair work on supply networks. Particular attention is given to ensuring the tightness of installed pipelines, as any uncontrolled leakage can pose serious risks to health and the environment.
Advanced Metalworking and Fabrication Technician (Level 5)
Advanced Metalworking and Fabrication Technicians specialize in high-quality metal constructions. They plan, fabricate and assemble structures made of metal profiles, such as gates, doors, staircases, decorative railings, canopies, iron grilles, steel scaffolding, façade elements and window frames made of steel or other metals. They design, forge, bend and weld metal constructions with precision and attention to detail. Depending on the application, they may also assemble equipment and vehicle parts, ensuring that any electrical functions are correctly integrated. These structures are typically custom-made to meet specific customer requirements. Strong service orientation is essential, as maintenance and repair are a regular part of their daily responsibilities.
HVAC and Building Automation Technician (Level 5)
HVAC and Building Automation Technicians ensure that residences and commercial buildings are supplied with water, heat and fresh, cool air. They plan and install ventilation, heating and water supply systems, including the necessary supply and discharge lines. Their responsibilities include building installations such as central heating systems, hot and cold drinking water supply, water pumps and sewage systems. They install sanitary ware in bathrooms and kitchens, as well as hot water heaters powered by gas, electricity or solar energy. They maintain and repair these systems and check them for leaks.
Industrial Electronics Technician (Level 5)
Industrial Electronics Technicians plan, integrate and install industrial technology systems. On site, they are responsible for the technical installation; laying cables or lines, assembling and terminating the necessary components. They test the systems, check safety measures, adjust components, commission the systems and instruct end users on correct usage. To prevent major breakdowns, they carry out regular inspections on industrial technology systems and repair defective technology.
