HR Officer

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies, procedures, and practices. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records (digital and hard copies) and HR databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Manage performance appraisal process and support employee development.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve work-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., employee engagement, organizational change).
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR officer.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Attention to detail – Ensures accuracy in HR processes and documentation.
