Administrative Officer (Admin Officer)

The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations in addition to ensuring effective office management, assets management, supporting internal teams, maintaining security records, handling correspondence, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases (digital and physical).
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Support HR with onboarding, attendance records, and payroll coordination.
  • Oversee company inventory records (assets management).
  • Supervise and support junior administrative staff when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and systems (printers, phone systems, etc.).
  • Office-based with standard working hours.
  • May involve occasional travel or overtime, depending on the organization’s needs.
